How many times have you heard people complain that the managers are too far and not really know what’s going on? Probably a few times, but have you ever think about the skills, qualities and values of successful managers? Here are my 9:
First Productive
The most successful managers are very productive. In order to get things done. You have probably heard people saying that if you want to achieve something specify a busy person. Another way of thinking to do that is if you want something, give it a highly productive manager.
Second Ambitious
Successful executives love, which is strained put in question the unknown situations. Set goals is a challenge, how targets are set reachable, but requires a large effort to get there. It could be a revenue target, less waste and increased productivity.
Third Express ideas fluently

Teams looking for the manager to set direction, monitor progress, take responsibility and help clear blocks. In other words, to look to your leadership boss.
7th And loyal support
It is easy to think that if anyone have a success as a director, which the past is forgotten. In my experience, quite the opposite. Successful managers are very loyal to the organization, your team and your colleagues. You also want to help others be successful.

Problems and challenges that are part of the day, the managers of the day. Successful managers accept and stay positive. You see these problems as an opportunity to develop and grow.
9th Willing to make sacrifices
To be a successful manager requires a willingness to make sacrifices. This may also free time to stop for an additional qualification or the willingness to go for promotion. Alternatively, it could receive a determination, the resources for a project because it will be a greater need elsewhere in the organization.
Skills alone will not ensure success as a manager. Personal values and characteristics are also essential components. So, where should concentrate their efforts to become a successful manager?
